Great Turn Out for the Fourth Dementia Friendly Lochwinnoch Tea Dance

October 7, 2018 //  by Editor

Tom Arthur MSP lends his support at October’s tea dance.

There was a great turn out for the fourth Dementia Friendly Lochwinnoch Tea dance on Friday 5th October at Lochwinnoch Golf club.

The dance floor was full for the music of the great Music Box, and there was fantastic entertainment from the talented Lochwinnoch Primary Captains who also helped Julie give out reminiscence material and clear up the cups and saucers!

A great afternoon tea was provided by Carol and her team. A special thank you to the Golf club in providing the teas! In addition a big thank you to the Dementia friendly committee and the keep fit group for all their help, lastly Ann, Joan and Alan who helped with transport. And to Councillor Andy Doig & Tom Arthur MSP for their support.

The next dance is on Friday 7th December at a earlier start of 1pm. Check out our upcoming events program.
